Export images
You can export existing images of the selected documents using the Export Images action. You can export documents with a Document State of Processed or Promoted. Documents in any other state cannot be exported.
When exporting produced images, you specify the production name. All selected documents must exist in the same production. Use Search Builder to select documents using the Production field that includes a specified production name. Refer to Use Search Builder for more information.
Perform the following procedure to export images.
- In the Project page, click REVIEW.
- Select the documents to export.
- In the pane, click .
- In , type a name to identify the export job.
- In Select Export Action, select Export Images.

In Export Images, select one of the following options:

Original Images

Produced Images. When you select this option, select the production name as instructed.

In Image Load File Format, select one of the following options:

Not Required
-
OPT
-
LFP

To save the exported documents in DataHub, select the DataHub checkbox under Download From.

The system saves the exported documents in DataHub as a zip file by default. Using DataHub, you can only download one file at a time. This format enables you to download the export as a single, ZIP file from DataHub. If you want to download individual files from an export, you can save the documents as individual files in the export folder; uncheck the Export as Zip checkbox that appears when you select the DataHub checkbox.

- Click Submit.

To view details about the submitted job, In the Project page, click Jobs Overview.

In the Jobs Overview page, when the Job Status indicator reaches 100%, in the Job Name column, click the job you submitted. The resulting Information dialog box contains details about the job, including the number of documents that were selected and if any documents were skipped. For more details about this Information dialog box, refer to View Export Images job details.
- After completion, go to the DataHub or Desktop Client to download the exported documents to your computer.
